Day 15 of the 4 Hour Body

Hmm.. groundhog day.

Wake, then Daily Morning Routine (minus meditation).

Protein shake.

Greg’s Porridge

A salad (green stuff, quinoa, tomato, cucumber, avocado, hemp seeds, 120g tempeh).

Then decided to bake some potatoes (6), carrots and zucchini. Ate them all in one go (super full).

Lots of water.

No exercise, just work. Not much movement today either (think I can feel the growth haha).

Finished the day with a quick meditation before midnight before bed.

Fitbit Aria Scales Daily Data:

  • Morning Pre-Poo weight: 75.4kg
  • Morning Post-Poo weight: 74.7kg
  • Bedtime weight: 76.9kg (I did take a pre-pee/poo measurement before this and came in at 77.4kg)
